Contact FamilyBoard

FamilyBoard currently uses its public GitHub repository for product and content support. Do not include household records, passwords, backup files, private contact details or other sensitive information in a public report.

Product, accessibility and content reports

Open a public FamilyBoard issue and include:

• the affected page URL or app section;
• what you expected and what happened;
• browser and device type when relevant;
• for a content correction, a reliable supporting source.

GitHub requires an account to submit an issue. Existing reports can be read without an account.

Security reports

Do not publish a suspected vulnerability or sensitive reproduction data in a normal issue. Send a private vulnerability report through GitHub Security Advisories.

Response expectations

FamilyBoard does not promise a fixed response time. Confirm urgent household, safety or emergency questions with the relevant official service or qualified professional rather than waiting for website support.
