House Sitter Instructions Generator

A sitter packet should be role-based: enough information to care for the home, not a copy of the household database.

Inputs

  • dates;
  • pets/plants;
  • mail/delivery tasks;
  • trash/recycling;
  • basic home routines;
  • primary/backup contacts;
  • relevant service contacts;
  • user-entered access-instruction placeholder.

Sensitive-data warning

Do not encourage users to type alarm codes, passwords or lock combinations into a printable document. Provide a field reading “Secure access instructions are provided separately.”

Output

One-page daily routine plus a problem/escalation page. Include last-reviewed date.

CTA: Generate the packet, then delete every field the sitter does not actually need.
